The unit treats patients with less serious injuries that are not critical or life-threatening but still require urgent attention. The UCC does not have an appointment system – it is a walk-in service.

Blackheath Standard Surgery has disabled access with lift to upper floor consultation rooms, designated disabled parking bay and disabled toilet facilities. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any special difficulties or requirements when visiting the centre.

Non-urgent advice: Enhanced Access

Blackheath Standard Surgery offers enhanced access appointments (after 06:30pm on certain weekdays and 9am to 5pm on a Saturday once a month). These are pre-bookable and limited number of appointments. Please check with reception for availability.
